Terms
The service
Docsroom lets your team share files in rooms that only invited people can open. Plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page; prices are per team per month, excluding VAT.
Trial and payment
A new account gets a 14-day trial without a card. After the trial a plan is needed to keep using rooms. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
Your content
Files and data you put in Docsroom stay yours. You decide who sees them. We only process them to provide the service, as set out in the privacy notice and the data processing agreement.
Fair use
Don't use Docsroom for anything illegal, to spread malware, or to share content you have no right to share. We may suspend rooms that clearly break this, and we tell you why.
Closing rooms and accounts
Closing a room destroys its encryption key: its files cannot be recovered afterwards, by you or by us. Download what you need first. When an account ends, its data is deleted within 30 days.
Availability
We work to keep Docsroom available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. Backups are kept in the EU.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim, except where the law does not allow a limit.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
